Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:- Opened or used items
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at admin@littletravellerco.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item/s and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item/s was damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly send a replacement or issue refund at no cost to you.If you have any questions feel free to reach out to us at admin@littletravellerco.com.
Delivery of Goods
Once you place an order online you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We will confirm receipt of your order shortly after it is placed.We aim to dispatch your order via courier within 5 business days. If an item is unavailable, delivery may take a longer. In the event that we are unable to ship your order within 5 business days, we will contact you using the details provided during checkout.
Pre-Order Delivery
For pre-order items, estimated dispatch times will be noted on the product page. We will keep you updated on your order status and notify you once your item is ready to ship.
